Hey I'm not using blip.tv but heres a tutorial anway for finding the directlink:
Blip.tv has really good quality but they delete your videos verry fast, so when uploading a video change the name to something strange so they wont notice that its a movie or anime.
When your done uploading your video on blip.tv do the following to get the direct link:
1 Go to www.blip.tv and login
2 Click on your username
3 Click on episode archive
4 Click on the video you uploaded
5 Scroll down the page till you see ''files and links'', now click on it
6 Copy the link whit .avi on the end
Now you have the direct link

*Only upload .avi files on blip.tv because if you upload a .flv file joox wont be able to stream it*

www.bitroad.net is good for uploading.
Just create an account there *when your creating an account it ask for a paypal id just leave it empty*.
Afther that go to the main page of bitroad and then follow their mini-guide..
